Travis Kelce returns to Las Vegas just nine days after winning the Super Bowl there as he is pictured on a golf course despite claims he’s ‘keen’ to reunite with Taylor Swift in Australia
Whispers of Travis Kelce being in back in Las Vegas have been confirmed with social media posts to support the sightings. His second trip to Vegas in less than two weeks comes despite claims of being ‘keen’ to reunite with girlfriend Taylor Swift in Australia.
On Tuesday, Kelce’s presence in Sin City was documented just nine days after winning the Super Bowl with the Kansas City Chiefs at Allegiant Stadium. The Instagram stories were posted by a few of his friends who joined him in his whereabouts.
One story shows the Chiefs tight end at the Wynn Golf & Country Club with Kelce’s Instagram handle and their location tagged. Kelce’s father, Ed, previously mentioned that he is playing in a charity tournament but hopes to fly to Sydney soon.
‘Well, look, we spoke after the Super Bowl , and I asked him, are you going to take off for Sydney, and he seemed keen,’ Ed told the Sydney Morning Herald.
‘He said he’d really like to see Sydney and Singapore, but he wasn’t sure because he has commitments. He is at a celebrity charity golf outing today, which, I think, is in Las Vegas.’
Swift flew to Las Vegas after a show in Tokyo to support Kelce during the Super Bowl on February 11. However, Kelce appears to be in no rush to join Swift as she has four shows left in the land down under. Her record-breaking Eras tour will move on to Singapore after wrapping up in Australia.
Aside from the golf course, Kelce and friends also had a meal at a restaurant called Toca Madera. DJ Adam Daudier, who played at the venue during Kelce’s visit, also mentioned him on social media shortly after.
‘Apparently Travis Kelce was getting down to my music in the private room last night & management asked me to play a private event for the Kansas City Chiefs this Friday,’ Daudier wrote.
He added, ‘*brain is still processing, that sentence doesn’t even feel real.’
Kelce’s celebrations after winning his third ring has been marred with criticism.
The tight end was already under heat for blowing up on coach Andy Reid on the sidelines after getting subbed out early in the Super Bowl. Despite Kelce knocking him off balance, Reid said that his player apologized moments later.
Additionally, Kelce got heavily intoxicated at the Chiefs’ victory rally in Kansas City. Kelce was being held up by teammates on stage as he drunkenly tried to lead the crowd in singing ‘Friends In Low Places’.
The criticism got even hotter when he was spotted having dinner with Brittany Mahomes and several teammates after a mass shooting took place at the rally.
The tragic incident left one person dead and injured over two dozens of spectators. Kelce and other members of the Chiefs have since donated money and memorabilia to the victims’ families.
