Travis Kelce is getting Tired of the Chiefs Training and Reveals he’s travelling to see his girlfriend Taylor Swift in her London Eras Tour with her new girl squad
Travis Kelce got stuck into his NFL training over in Kansas on Tuesday while his girlfriend Taylor Swift enjoyed a night out in London with her new girl squad.
The Kansas City Chief player, 34, was seen in his red sports gear and helmet as he looked focused on the game during practice.
Meanwhile Taylor let her hair down at Argentinean restaurant Casa Cruz in Notting Hill as she was joined by a new posse of girlfriends.
Taylor, 34, was accompanied by Kate Moss, Stella McCartney, Andrew Scott and Phoebe Waller Bridge while old pals Cara Delevingne and Lena Dunham, who both live in London, also joined the party.
Completing the lineup were Taylor’s close pals, Haim sisters Este and Danielle and music legend Chrissie Hynde.
Last weekend Taylor played three sold-out shows at Murrayfield in Edinburgh – the 67,000 seater stadium is the home of Scotland’s rugby team.
She is then heading to Liverpool, to play at Anfield, the iconic soccer stadium on Thursday, before stops in Cardiff, London and Dublin throughout the month.
While it was believed Travis could technically head over to Liverpool after the Chiefs minicamp last week it seems he is still deep in training.
His current plans to join up with her are unclear, but he has said before that he will be all over the world with her during the offseason.
The Chiefs start their NFL season on September 5 at Arrowhead Stadium against Baltimore Ravens.
Most recently Travis attended Taylor’s show’s in Paris as she kicked off the European leg of the Eras tour last month.
Three months after the pop star cheered her boyfriend on to victory during Super Bowl LVIII, the NFL player returned the favour at the packed out stadium show.
In a social media clip, the sports star was all smiles when he spotted an audience member rocking his number 87 kit.
Travis pointed at the man, before shaking his hand bringing him in for a hug as he whispered something in his ear.
The athlete, who attended the show with Taylor’s pals Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper, previously said on his New Heights podcast that it was ‘f**king cool to have your jersey being worn’ to concerts.
‘He’s the sweetest person ever! Travis was literally born to be Taylor’s significant other. He’s just such a natural at handling all the unusual stuff that comes along with being with the most famous woman alive,’ one person commented under the video, which was posted on X.
‘First, Taylor fans went to Chiefs games to see Taylor. Now Travis fans going to the Eras tour to see Travis. God I love this couple and how they unite us!’ another wrote.
A third chimed in, ‘I don’t think I can explain how much I love this.’
Earlier in the night, Kelce got a not-so-subtle shout-out from his girlfriend when she mentioned his jersey number.
‘Can you believe this is our 87th show of the Eras tour?’ she said
The Cruel Summer songstress also wore a new costume inspired by the Chiefs’ colours and performed her song The Alchemy off of her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology, for the first time.
The track, which features football-themed lyrics about ‘warm[ing] the benches,’ ‘winning streaks’ and ‘trophies,’ is widely believed to be about her boyfriend.
