“Both Travis and Taylor are wonderful young people; they seem very happy,” Goodell said. “I think it’s great to have her a part of it.”
The playoffs collectively set a viewership record, and it’s believed Super Bowl LVIII could break the all-time record.
“Having the Taylor Swift effect is also positive,” he said. “She knows great entertainment, and I think that’s why she loves NFL football. Besides Travis, she’s a football fan.”
