Millions of Fans Hearts MELTS as Travis Kelce supports Taylor Swift with wrist full of friendship bracelets at her Sydney concert
Travis Kelce proved he’s a true Swiftie by wearing a wrist full of friendship bracelets to girlfriend Taylor Swift’s concert in Sydney Friday night.
Footage of the tight end circulating on social media shows Kelce hanging out in the VIP tent and clapping as his colorful bracelets clang together.
Kelce, of course, is no stranger to the Swiftie world of friendship bracelets, as he previously revealed that he tried — and failed — to meet the pop star by giving her one with his phone number on it.
“I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings,” he told his older brother, Jason Kelce, during a July episode of their “New Heights” podcast.
“So, I was a little butthurt that I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her.”
Kelce, 34, admitted he took it “personally” that he didn’t get to meet Swift, 34, even though she doesn’t take visitors after her performances.
Despite the failed attempt, the move got the “Cruel Summer” singer’s attention and she reached out to him.
“I never thought it would’ve landed,” the Kansas City Chiefs star said during a pre-Super Bowl 2024 press conference.
Kelce admitted that he “didn’t even think” he would get “a response” from Swift when he declared his interest in her on his podcast.
“We’re here, and we’re all happy. I know that,” he gushed.
The couple has even turned their penchant for bracelets into a more formal affair, as Kelce gifted the “White Horse” songstress a $6,000 diamond version of one featuring their “TNT” nickname.
The three-time Super Bowl champion divulged last month that he and the “Anti-Hero” singer had been dating for about a month before going public with their romance when she attended her first Chiefs game last September.
The pair have been going strong ever since, with Swift supporting Kelce throughout his team’s Super Bowl victory and the athlete returning the favor with his trip to Australia now that his season has ended.
