Famous NFL Tight End Rob Gronkowski was asked What Super Bowl Snack Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Would Be, and His Answer Was Priceless “It will be SPICY and filled with gooeyness.”

In a recent exclusive interview with Parade, Rob “Gronk” Gronkowski and Julian Edelman shared their thoughts on the Super Bowl LVIII and game-time snacks, ultimately leading to Gronk sharing his opinion on the whole Taylor Swift/Travis Kelce mania.

The now-retired Patriots offensive linemen have been two peas in a pod since they first started playing together. Both Gronk and Edelman were even recently featured in a video while promoting Bounty’s Ultimate Wingmen campaign, and it was, of course, all jokes from start to finish for the old teammates.

During their interview with Parade, Gronk and Edelman were both asked to describe what Super Bowl snack Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift would be if they had to guess.

The fun and lighthearted question was instantly met with incredible answers from the ex-Patriots players who are both big time fans of Travis Kelce both on and off the field.

Gronk pulled inspiration from a classic chips and salsa perspective, explaining that, “Taylor Swift has the Red/Era’s Tour, so she would be like, a red sauce.” Gronk continued, “So maybe like mild salsa or something that’s reddish, like reddish salsa. And then Travis would just be the Tostitos chip, and that’s just a perfect match right there made in heaven.”

Edelman, on the other hand, chose a different route for the play, although keeping with the red theme. “With the red theme, maybe she’s like the marinara sauce,” Edelman started, “A really good marinara sauce. And Travis Kelce is like a mozzarella stick filled with gooeyness.”

All jokes aside, both answers are not a bad take for the star celebrity couple that has been plastered all over the news as of lately. Both chips and salsa and mozzarella sticks are forever go-to appetizers for any and all game day activities, so being described as one or the other is certainly a compliment of the highest order.

But if anyone can handle the heat of being at the top of everyone’s daily news cycle, it is certainly Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. While on the topic of handling the pressure, Gronk mentions that he believes Travis Kelce is “kind of the only guy in the NFL that can handle this type of attention.”

Gronk goes on to say how the attention hasn’t affected Kelce at all, pointing out that Kelce is “showing up week in and week out on the field, every Sunday, producing big-time catches when needed on third down and producing big-time catches in the red zone for some touchdowns as well.”

To many, Kelce has certainly snagged himself a touchdown with Taylor Swift. And if you consider her extensive career where she has constantly performed under the scrutiny of the public, it’s clear that the couple has exactly what it takes to weather any media storm thrown their way.
